Forge Fitness is licensed, not sold, to you. This agreement supplements Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applies to the app published by twofox (Nischal Khadka). If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.
You may install and use Forge on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including Family Sharing.
You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or make the app available over a network for use by several devices at once, nor reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
Exercise data from wger is licensed CC BY-SA 4.0; food data from Open Food Facts is licensed under the Open Database License. Your use of those datasets through the app is subject to their licences.
Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for Forge. Support is provided by twofox at support@twofox.app, on a best-effort basis.
Forge is provided without warranty of any kind and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and its calculations are estimates. Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app.
twofox, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms against you.
This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and any dispute about it belongs to the state and federal courts located in Maryland, subject to any rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
