Petal

End User License Agreement

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Petal is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). This page exists so the App Store has a single address to point to; the Standard EULA is the licence.

In short

  • The app is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store.
  • The licence is non-transferable and personal to you, or to your Family Sharing group where Apple allows it.
  • Nischal Khadka, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it.
  • The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows; nothing here limits rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Additional terms

The Terms of Use add the details specific to Petal, and the Privacy Policy describes how the app handles data. If anything in those documents conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and any dispute about it belongs to the state and federal courts located in Maryland, subject to any rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
