Kolor is a photo editor and collage maker for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the app does with your photos and your data. The short version is simple: Kolor has no server, and twofox collects nothing.
Kolor is made and published by Nischal Khadka, an independent developer, under the name twofox. For anything about this policy, write to support@twofox.app.
Nothing. The app does not ask you to create an account, does not collect your name, email address or contact details, does not record how you use it, and contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising software from anyone. Kolor makes no network requests at all; it works exactly the same in airplane mode.
Deleting a project removes its bundle. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Photos can carry metadata such as the capture date, camera model and, if you had location on when you took them, where you were. By default Kolor strips this metadata from exported images. The Keep photo metadata switch on the export sheet copies the source photo's metadata into the export instead; use it only when you want that information to travel with the image.
Some tools look at the picture to help you: the retouch tools use Apple's Vision framework to find facial landmarks, such as pupils, so that eye and skin adjustments land in the right place, and cutout tools compare colours to build a selection. All of this runs on your device with Apple's classical, non-generative detectors. Nothing is generated, nothing is sent anywhere, and no result of this analysis is stored beyond the edit you make.
Kolor collects nothing from anyone, contains no in-app purchases, no ads and no social features, and is rated for all ages on the App Store.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA and the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data a company holds about you. twofox holds no personal data about Kolor users, so every one of those rights is satisfied by the controls on your own device described above. If you believe we have got any of this wrong, write to us and we will answer.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date, and material changes are noted in the app's release notes. We will never quietly start collecting data under an old policy.
